Overseas visitors are especially welcome. The boatyard is 11/2 hours from London Heathrow, 2 hours from Gatwick Airport, 1 hour from Birmingham Airport, 11/2 hours from Luton or East Midlands Airports and 31/2 hours drive from the Channel Tunnel or a direct road link from the port of Harwich via the A14. After just one small lock, the ease of the picturesque Ashby Canal awaits with 22 miles of lock-free cruising, ideal for beginners.
Please note that navigation on the tidal Thames downstream of Brentford is not permitted.
Sorry, none of the boats will operate electrical appliances for medical reasons (e.g. a nebuliser to aid breathing).
Visitors may bring their own bikes (maximum 2) with prior permission from the boatyard.
